These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes, orders and supplies made by Vincus Sports, Sialkot, Pakistan (“we”, “us”) to business customers (“the buyer”). By confirming an order, the buyer accepts these terms.
1. Quotes and Orders
We manufacture to order and do not publish prices. Every price is given in a written quote on request, based on the product, quantity, materials, customisation and delivery destination. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days if none is stated.
2. Order Confirmation and Artwork / Sample Approval
An order is confirmed only when the buyer has accepted our quote in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. For custom and branded products, we send artwork mock-ups and, where agreed, a pre-production sample. Production starts only after the buyer approves the artwork or sample in writing. The buyer is responsible for checking spellings, colours, sizes, logos and quantities before approval.
3. Minimum Order
We have no strict minimum order quantity. Small runs of 10–20 pieces are welcome, and larger bulk orders are quoted accordingly.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in your quote. Typically, a deposit is paid to start production and the balance is paid before dispatch. Goods are not shipped until payment has been received in full, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Bank charges on the buyer’s side are paid by the buyer.
5. Production Lead Times
Lead times given in quotes or correspondence are estimates, not guarantees. They start from artwork or sample approval and receipt of the deposit. We will keep the buyer informed of any expected delay.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo or sea freight, as agreed with the buyer. Tracking details are provided once the goods have been dispatched. Transit times given by carriers are estimates. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT and clearance charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
8. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer when they are handed to the carrier, unless a different shipping term is agreed in the quote. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer once we have received payment in full.
9. Quality Checks, Defects and Claims
Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. If goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as approved, the buyer must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery, with clear photos and the order details. After checking the claim, we will repair, replace or credit the faulty items at our option. Claims made after this period, or for goods that have been used or altered, may not be accepted.
10. Returns
Because custom and branded goods are made to the buyer’s specification, they cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or do not match the approved artwork or sample.
11. Logos, Artwork and Intellectual Property
The buyer confirms that they own, or have permission to use, all logos, names, crests, designs and artwork they supply to us. The buyer is responsible for any claim that the supplied artwork infringes the rights of a third party.
12. Confidentiality
We treat the buyer’s designs, logos and order details as confidential. We do not sell or supply a buyer’s custom designs to other customers, and we do not share them with third parties except as needed to produce and ship the order. We will not show a buyer’s branded products in our marketing without their permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or events, arising from delays, defects or non-delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power or utility failures, government action, carrier delays, pandemics or disruption to shipping routes.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your order is confirmed applies to that order.
